Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 335 Jefferson Ave, Moundsville WV 26041. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are Monday - Thursday 9-5,  Friday 9-6, Saturday 9-3. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We do not offer International Shipping

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@allensbootery.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Brooks are the Exception to the above policy per their Run Happy Guarantee. Take them for a Test Run for 90 days and Return them if you don't love them.

If your return is accepted,  You can choose  (Option 1)  You can ship it back at your expense by the carrier of your choice. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Or ( Option 2)  we will send you a return shipping label with appropriate insurance to cover your item which the cost will be deducted from your return total . Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
