Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Brooks are the Exception to the above policy per their Run Happy Guarantee. Take them for a Test Run for 90 days and Return them if you don't love them.

If your return is accepted,  You can choose  (Option 1)  You can ship it back at your expense by the carrier of your choice. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Or (Option 2)  we will send you a return shipping label with appropriate insurance to cover your item which the cost will be deducted from your return total . Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Defective Goods

If there is a defect in the merchandise we will adhere to the Manufacturers original warranty.  To make a claim due so by emailing us at sales@allensbootery.com. After we have received the item that you have paid to have shipped back to us we will send it to the manufacturer  and they will have the final say in if it is a manufacturers defect.( This could take a few weeks) In the event that it is approved we will issue you an account credit.

Colors and measurements

We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colors. The color you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors. 

An item’s measurements given by Allen’s Bootery are of manufacturers values to give you a better understanding of the model or fit of that specific item, it is not a definite guarantee of the actual measurements of the item you receive. The final measurements of an item may vary depending on the material used in its production. I.E Some models from year to year may fit different than that same model of years past. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

                           

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less return shipping. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
